charmed by the really good stay

the breakfast featured very good pastries, freshly ground coffee and orange juice. its location suited me perfectly. the hotel is very near metro station 5. the location offered a view of the eiffel tower from the upper floors.
my high room request was overlooked. the room was near the hotel bar toilets. we could hear kitchen staff talking loudly very early in the morning. the metro rumbled every few minutes from 5.30am onwards

I enjoyed the hotel's location, near transit options and shops. The staff answered all my questions and gave some recommendations when asked. My room was very comfy and tidy and equipped with every amenity I needed. I also found the on-site sauna relaxing after long days.
The room I stayed in was smaller than expected, a small inconvenience for the duration of the trip. Space was limited, especially with luggage and other belongings. This required me to be more organized to make sure everything would fit.

I found the staff very cute and accommodating. They were helpful with squeezing us into the spa a real treat. I also loved that the location was great with easy access to the metro. The provided amenities were also appreciated .
I noted a slight issue with soundproofing because my room was near the stairs.
